I have already lost 20% of my capital, mainly with Solana.

Invalidation is a level/price that tells you your idea was wrong and you should cut your position.

It doesn't matter which token you're buying, Where you're buying. Just ask your question before you open a trade.

Where will i cut this trade if i am wrong?
