A Washington, D.C. townhouse previously listed for sale under SBF’s name has been taken off the market

The Washington, D.C., townhouse owned by Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF), which was previously listed for sale for $3.28 million, was removed from the market because it was purchased with client funds misappropriated.

Property records show the property is held by Guarding Against Pandemics, a nonprofit founded by SBF's brother Gabriel, which purchased millions of dollars' worth of assets using client funds the company believed were misappropriated. The property's selling agent said it has not received any formal offers to buy the property.
