Binance Announces Distribution of 500 Million ANIME Tokens
Animecoin (ANIME) is the 6th project distributed by Binance through the HODLer Airdrop program. In total, 500 million tokens will be distributed to users who used their Binance Coins (BNB) in Simple Earn products between January 17th and 20th.
An important detail is that Binance recommends caution to investors seeking exposure to this cryptocurrency. This is because it will only be listed this Thursday (23), but there are tokens of the same name in other brokerages.
Despite the warning, some investors ended up buying the wrong coin, causing another ANIME coin to rise 312% in the last 24 hours.
According to the ANIME website, the goal of the project is to “transform the global anime industry into a community-owned creative network”, being the “currency of culture” of anime, connecting fans and content creators.
