The Binance HODLer airdrop has launched its 6th phase project - Animecoin (ANIME). From January 17, 2025, 08:00 to January 21, 2025, 07:59 (UTC+8), users who use BNB to purchase products on the earn platform will receive airdrop allocations. HODLer airdrop information is expected to go live within twelve hours, and new tokens will be distributed to users' spot wallets at least 1 hour before trading begins.

Binance will list ANIME at 22:00 on January 23, 2025 (UTC+8) and open trading pairs against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. Seed tag trading rules apply.

Introduction to HODLer Airdrop

Binance HODLer airdrop conducts a historical snapshot based on users' BNB holdings and rewards BNB holders with token airdrops. By using BNB to purchase products on the earn platform, users will automatically qualify for HODLer airdrops (as well as Launchpool and Megadrop rewards).

Unlike other earning methods that require continuous operations, the HODLer airdrop rewards users retrospectively, providing a simpler additional earning method. By using BNB to purchase earn platform products, users will automatically receive token rewards.

How to benefit from the HODLer airdrop

  • Go to the [Finance] page and search for BNB;

  • Use BNB holdings to purchase earn platform products (fixed-term and/or flexible);

  • Binance will take multiple snapshots of users' BNB holdings and the total pool holdings randomly every hour to calculate the users' average hourly holdings in the earn platform products (flexible and/or fixed-term). Binance will calculate user rewards based on historical snapshots of users' BNB holdings at random times after this announcement is published;

    • For example: The calculation of HODLer airdrop rewards on June 11, 2024, may use the snapshots of users' BNB holdings from June 1, 2024, to June 7, 2024, as a reference.

  • Eligible users will receive HODLer airdrop rewards in their spot wallets within 24 hours after the HODLer airdrop announcement.

Terms and Conditions

  • Users must complete identity verification (KYC) and be from a qualified jurisdiction to participate in the HODLer airdrop;

  • The airdrop tokens will be automatically transferred to each user's spot wallet before they go live on Binance;

  • Unless otherwise specified, if multiple HODLer airdrop projects are running simultaneously, users' BNB assets in the earn products (fixed-term and/or flexible) will be allocated among these projects;

  • BNB flexible products collateralized in Binance Lending (flexible rates) will not be eligible for HODLer airdrop rewards;

  • BNB assets from earn products remain eligible for common benefits, such as participation in Launchpool and Megadrop eligibility as well as VIP level benefits;

  • HODLer airdrop reward calculations will support staked Lista BNB (slisBNB) and Lista collateral BNB (clisBNB) in Binance's non-custodial wallet;

  • For the above trading pairs, spot algorithm orders will also start supporting trading at 22:00 on January 23, 2025 (UTC+8). Trading bots and spot copy trading will be enabled within 24 hours after the tokens are listed on the spot market. For existing spot copy trading portfolios, users can enable new trading pairs through [Spot Copy Trading Settings] - [Personal Trading Pair Preferences];

  • Participation in the HODLer airdrop is subject to the requirements based on the user's country or region of residence to meet eligibility;

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with Binance program code or interfere with the operation of Binance program code using other software;

  • Users need to be from a qualified jurisdiction to participate in the HODLer airdrop. Currently, users residing in the following countries or regions will not be able to participate by purchasing BNB earn products:

    • Australia, Canada, Cuba, Crimea, Cyprus, Donetsk, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Luhansk, New Zealand, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Syria, United Kingdom, United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands), and any non-government-controlled area of Ukraine.

  • The list of restricted countries or regions may be updated periodically as laws, regulations, and other factors change;
