We had two scenarios: either Trump mentioned his commitment to creating a strategic reserve in Bitcoin and the market could make a significant jump, or he would not mention anything and naturally, as on other days with a lot of betting on both sides, the market would become more volatile.
What we are seeing is not the market crashing. It is just the market realizing and seeking liquidity, naturally liquidating leveraged investors.
