For someone who has this problem, I was able to solve it. What I did was import the tokens to pancakeswap, I just imported the token address and then it let me swap.

SOMEONE HELP ME and tell me what to do to withdraw my earnings, it won't let me convert, I've tried converting with several currencies, sending in small amounts, increasing the slippage tolerance to the maximum and nothing. The same error comes up.
It is the same network and I have enough to pay the fee. I was able to convert other cryptocurrencies but this one just won't let me.
