The daily trend for Bitcoin ($BTC) shows no signs of stopping its decline. It is likely to drop further, breaking through significant levels. This time, we could see Bitcoin fall below $88,000. I’ve been highlighting this possibility for several days, and unless unexpected events change the market direction, it’s very possible that Bitcoin’s price could start with a “7” by the end of the week. Such sharp drops often trigger waves of panic selling, creating fear across the market.

Let’s break down the market structure. On the 4-hour chart, Bitcoin seems to be nearing the completion of an internal setup. This means it could soon make another downward move in this timeframe. As I explained yesterday, as long as Bitcoin doesn’t fall below $90,000, there’s still a chance that the current price movement is part of a temporary 4-hour bounce. However, if Bitcoin does break below $90,000, this would confirm the start of a further downward trend. If this happens, and a second sell signal appears during a rebound, it would be wise to enter short positions decisively.

Looking ahead, there’s still a chance for Bitcoin to recover slightly in the short term. If the price rebounds, it might touch levels around $95,000–$96,500. This possibility is supported by the MACD indicator, which shows signs of divergence at the bottom, suggesting the potential for a temporary recovery. However, it’s important to stay cautious and prepared. If panic-driven selling dominates this week, don’t let fear cloud your judgment—this may be an opportunity to buy strategically.

The key levels to watch for a bottom are between $84,000–$87,000 for the first range and $74,000–$78,000 for the second range. Use half of your trading capital for the first range and reserve the rest for the second range, as these are the most likely zones where the price might stabilize. Be patient and wait for these levels to be reached before making any significant moves
