ZOIDS WILD ARENA is a strategy-based TCG game (Trading Card Game). During the test, players win the game by using 30 higher-level cards to destroy the opponent's commander's health points, and finally advance to the leaderboard to get cash rewards. Currently, players can participate in the test on PC or Android. During the test, 5 standard packs can be received for free every day, with a total of 50 cards (only available during the test period), which means that capable players can get the leaderboard rewards for free.

ZOIDS WILD ARENA adopts a turn-based mode. Two players take turns to use their own cards to attack. The side whose commander's HP value is reduced to 0 first loses the game. The cards in the game are divided into two categories: unit cards and tactical cards.

Unit cards are used to summon ZOIDS to the battlefield to attack, which is equivalent to summoning a "warrior". The upper left corner of the card shows how much mana is required to summon the card, the lower left corner shows the attack power, and the lower right corner shows the health. Once a unit card is summoned, it will attack in the next round. On the battlefield, if the player's card slot is filled, he can only wait for an empty slot or stop summoning unit cards.

Unit cards without special instructions will first attack the card slot directly opposite it, and then attack the two nearest card slots on the left and right sides of it. If there are no ZOIDS blocking the three positions in front of the unit, the unit will directly attack the opponent's commander. Of course, after the player's unit card is attacked, the health value is 0 and it will be sent to the grave.

Unlike unit cards, once a tactical card is used, its skill will be triggered and used immediately, and the card will be directly sent to the grave. Its characteristic is that its attack range is very wide, for example, it can destroy all ZOIDS and commanders on the battlefield at once. Therefore, the reasonable and effective use of tactical cards may directly affect the battle situation.

Like other blockchain games, ZOIDS cards are also divided into levels. The more stars in the upper left corner, the higher the level, with the highest being 6 stars. Since card data is randomly assigned, it is difficult for two identical cards to appear even if the level and type of the cards are the same.

If you want to upgrade, you first need to prepare the main upgrade card and 3 cards of the same level as materials, whether they are unit cards or tactical cards, as long as they have the same star rating. Then you need to pay additional upgrade fees, ranging from 1 to 15 dollars per time. The most important thing is that the upgrade may not be successful. The higher the level, the higher the cost and the lower the success rate. Although this mechanism is a bit tricky, it is also a guarantee of the value of the assets in the game.

The core of ZOIDS WILD ARENA is to win the game by reducing the opponent's commander's HP to 0 before using up 30 cards. During the test period, the only game rewards are cash rewards for rankings. After the official version, tokens and quarterly ranking rewards will be distributed.

It is worth noting that the threshold for ZOIDS WILD ARENA is to own a deck of 30 cards. Each deck can contain at most two cards of the same type (regardless of whether the cards have different levels or attributes). The same card can be used in multiple decks. Each player can only create a maximum of 6 decks.
