Foresight News reports that the Web3 wallet brand SafePal has opened a beta service for the Mastercard in collaboration with Swiss Fiat24 Bank for users in mainland China. This service allows users to open compliant personal bank accounts using their ID card or passport through the built-in banking channel of the SafePal wallet APP, and apply for a Mastercard. The card supports four currencies: US Dollar (USD), Chinese Yuan (RMB), Euro (EUR), and Swiss Franc (CHF), and can be recharged and exchanged with USDC. It can also be linked to Alipay, WeChat, and other platforms for online or offline payments, with plans to gradually expand the service to more regions.
