HIVE Digital, a Canadian bitcoin mining company, has signed an agreement to purchase 4,800 Bitmain Antminer S19k Pros to optimize its mining fleet, according to Wu. The company said in a press release on Tuesday that the equipment is expected to be delivered within 30 days. The purchase will add about 652 PH/s of computing power and is part of HIVE's goal to increase the efficiency of its mining machines from 38J/TH to 23J/TH. In addition, HIVE has purchased 3,100 S19XPs in the past six months.
