Cardano will upgrade its mainnet on February 15 to simplify cross-chain DApp development

Cardano is scheduled to upgrade its mainnet on February 15, 2023 (Beijing time). This update will make it easier for developers to build cross-chain applications. This upgrade Input Output Global (IOG) adds new built-in functions to Plutus to support ECDSA and Schnorr signature algorithms, which allows developers to use a wider range of multi-signature and gated signature designs in Cardano.
