The story started at OKX. A man came to me in
P2P wanting to buy USDT dollars . He asked for 50k
I told him I don't have more than 2,000 dollars,
and hi told me I dont want to buy it on OKX; I
want it in TrustWallet, and I will send you money
first than i give you my address to send me usdt
and o told him I will put it in Binance P2P for you
to buy, but he told me no, and sent me these
proofs in the picture showing his Binance account has problem
I told him you should send first, and when I
hi say ok
receive the money, I will send it to you on address
Then he told me to send me the wallet address
for USDC from TrustWallet.
He sent 18 USDC to my wallet.
He told me I should check if your wallet has any
restrictions. I told him no.
He told me the wallet has some issues. He give
me a link to enter in my wallet to check if there
are any problems. I took the link and entered it
into the wallet.
I saw the result, and there's no issue with the
wallet. But it seems he used something to try and
take control of the wallet.
He told me to transfer my money from OKX to
TrustWallet, and he would send me the money
The USDC transfer from OKX to TrustWallet was
taken by him all at once in just a second.
This person had told me before that I should
convert USDT to USDC and also change my wallet
to USDC/Ethereum.
He scammed me, and he spoke to me on
WhatsApp. He told me that he has other people
he wants to scam and that I should help him
because he doesn't know how to speak their
language. They have large amounts of money, and
it's an important matter.
