When is the ideal time to re-enter?
•After deep market corrections, timing becomes key; getting back into the market at the right time can be the difference between profit and loss; but how do you determine the perfect moment to get back?
Here's how:
•1- Monitoring the market pattern after correction:- First, do not rush immediately after the correction; wait for a period of stability or what is called “consolidation”. This time shows whether the market will continue in the previous trend or will start to reverse the trend. Use the “RSI indicator” to monitor the extent of the market’s overbought or oversold.
•2- Use support and resistance levels:- Watch for “support levels” below which the market has not fallen. In the case of Bitcoin, if the price has bounced off a certain support level after a correction, this may be a signal to return. Use the “Fibonacci Retracement Indicator” to identify the most important correction levels.
•(We have explained this indicator and other indicators. The explanations are available on my page.)
•3- Confirmation using moving averages:- When the price shows signs of stability around a strong support level, wait for the “fast moving average (MA)” to cross with the slow moving average (such as 50 days and 200 days) to confirm the upcoming market direction. This crossing is considered a strong signal to return to the market.
•4- Use gradual entry strategies: - Instead of entering completely at once, use the “gradual entry strategy”. Enter with a small percentage of the capital first, then gradually increase the size of the deal if you are sure that the new trend will continue.
• Conclusion: Corrections are not the end, but they may be the beginning of new opportunities.
•Coming back after corrections requires patience and a deep understanding of the market, using the right tools like RSI and Fibonacci Retracement, as well as moving averages; learn to read the market intelligently, and you will know when to come back at the perfect time to be on top of the winners.
