Dr. Chong Li is a professor of electrical engineering at Columbia University, the founder of Web3 data infrastructure project Oort Technology and the owner of OORT-related technology patents.

Currently a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He was the head of R&D engineer of Qualcomm R&D Department. He studied and visited Yale University, University of Texas at Austin, and National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.
