After seeing Alibaba’s operation, I happened to have dinner with the HR of a large factory last night. She explained some of the situation to me.

1. The age of 35 generally means that you have been working for 10 years. If you have not been promoted yet, it means that this person has basically no ability, and it is basically impossible to achieve results if you stay.

2. Except for a few big names, most of the high-profile professionals just received bonuses, and layoffs have basically no impact on the business.

3. Young people who have just graduated are obedient, have no family, can work overtime, and have low wages. Without the need to do any new business, newcomers are fully qualified to do the jobs of those with annual salaries of millions.

4. If you don’t master the production resources and profit chain, you can be replaced at any time. In today’s society, it’s not that there are no people, but there is a surplus of manpower.
