I think paper ballots and ID verification are necessary and basic! But it may be difficult to force everyone to vote on-site. Citizens living in the military overseas or with physical disabilities who can't go out to vote should have the right to mail in ballots. But mail-in ballots should follow procedures more strictly, including signatures, document comparisons, and mail-in ballots must be received on election night. The battle line cannot be stretched too long. And the qualifications of each mail-in ballot holder must be verified and reviewed in advance. Only when they meet certain conditions can they use mail-in ballots. If you are just lazy and don't want to go out to vote, you are not eligible to mail in a ballot.
