#XRP Fox Business' Eleanor Terrett spoke with Ripple's top lawyer, who gave her a rundown of the appeals timeline:

The deadline to file Form C (which will provide some level of detail about what the SEC plans to present in the appeal) is tomorrow.
📌Seven days later, Ripple will file its own Form C, which will provide more details about its own counter-appeal.
📌The two sides will then agree on a briefing schedule, and the SEC will have up to 90 days to hold its first briefing. Alderoti says he expects it to take the full 90 days. This opening briefing will be a full recitation of all the legal arguments the SEC will make. Ripple will file a response, and then its own briefing.
