Get ready for an unprecedented gaming event! Carefully planned by gaming and digital collectibles company Ultra Rare, and strongly supported by Galactic Hubs, an upcoming event is waiting to test your Alien Worlds NFT prowess.
This four-week event just kicked off on October 9th, Eastern Time, in Ultra Rare's fun card-building game Meta Battler. The event not only prepared generous Trilium (TLM) rewards, but also had the opportunity to win a new ten-page Alien Worlds-themed comic carefully created by Ultra Rare's outstanding illustrators.
Meta Battler: Bring Your Alien Worlds NFTs to Life
Ultra Rare has a long history with the Alien Worlds ecosystem, having first placed NFTs on the land of Alien Worlds in 2021. For those who haven’t yet come across Meta Battler, it’s a free deck-building game that plays like roguelike card games like Slay the Spire and Balatro, but is unique in that it can convert WAX NFTs into playable cards.
Meta Battler has synced over 250,000 WAX NFTs from various collections, providing Alien Worlds explorers with a great stage to bring their hard-collected NFTs into exciting PvP battles. (Please note: your original NFTs will not disappear, they are just "copied" to Meta Battler for your game use.)
Ultra Rare has also created a special Alien Worlds tower in the game, inspired by our theme and artwork. This tower is unique in that the difficulty of the bosses you encounter will be based on the strength of your deck. This ensures that both new and experienced players have the opportunity to climb the leaderboard and win Trilium rewards.
Challenge the leaderboard and get Trilium rewards
During the four-week event, players will compete for a place on the leaderboard by defeating Alien Worlds-themed bosses. The leaderboard will be snapshotted every week, and the top 100 players each week will receive Trilium rewards based on their ranking, with a total prize pool of up to 200,000 Trilium.
While only players competing on the Alien Worlds tower can win Trilium, players competing on other towers (including the Meta Battler Tower and the Horrors Tower) will also have a chance to win an NFT page from the new Alien Worlds-themed comic, Alien Hunter.
During the event, five single card packs will be given out every hour, with a total of ten pages of exclusive comics in four styles: Color (180), Ink (95), Triactor Tech (50), and Alien Energy (25). If you collect all ten pages of a style before the end of the event, you will receive a cover of that style; if you collect multiple full sets of covers, you can get multiple cover rewards.

You can also see which pages you're still missing through the comic completion tool on the Meta Battler website. Of course, comic NFTs can also be integrated into your game deck for battle.
