PANews reported on October 9 that according to Cointelegraph, the HBO documentary (Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery) was made public on the IMDB page, which was edited by users to make all the actors look like the creators of Bitcoin. This joke may refer to the "We are all Satoshi Nakamoto" meme, which has gained more attention before the true identity of Satoshi Nakamoto was revealed in the documentary. Before the documentary was exposed, the market once listed American computer scientist Nick Szabo and cryptographer Len Sassaman as candidates for Satoshi Nakamoto. The leaked clip of the documentary seems to identify former Bitcoin developer Peter Todd as Satoshi Nakamoto, who denied it and questioned the producer of the documentary, Cullen Hoback.
