According to Bitcoin.com, the Africa-focused cryptocurrency trading application Vibra has been suspended in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria. Vincent Li, co-founder of its development company African Blockchain Labs, insisted that the measure only affects users in Nigeria and the suspension is temporary.

But messages on Vibra's Telegram channel suggest otherwise. According to a Techcabal report on October 18, current and former Vibra employees revealed that the app has stopped operating in all African markets. These employees also said that they have been asked to resign or fired. Another former employee said that Vibra has not yet generated enough revenue.
