UAE gaming startup Farcana has announced it has raised $10 million in funding from Animoca Brands, Polygon Ventures, Fenbushi Capital, Merit Circle and others to further develop its third-person multiplayer shooter. Rarestone Capital, MMPro Trust, Unpopular Ventures and others also participated in this round of financing. Farcana aims to incorporate blockchain elements into the game, such as a play-to-earn tournament feature that rewards the top 10% of players with Bitcoin. (Decrypt)
