Hi, every Neiro brother and sister.
Joe, a core member of the Chinese community and also our raid leader, lives in Johor, Malaysia.
Twelve days ago, through Joe's unremitting efforts, he found "HOPE Shelter".
The kind-hearted Aunt Jiajia founded the shelter in April 2008. Aunt Jiajia and many volunteers have persisted in operating it for 16 years under various difficult situations with only a kind heart and the will to pity the suffering animals.
Therefore, this donation was initiated in the Chinese community. No treasury funds were used. Community members donated a total of US$1,286, and the initiator paid US$3,764 personally. A donation of US$5,000 was made on behalf of the community.
These funds purchased 100 bags of rice, 87 bags of dog food, 75 boxes of cat and dog canned food, 30 barrels of shampoo, and RMB 6,280 in cash. These supplies will greatly improve the quality of life of dogs and cats, and ensure that the daily operation of the shelter is more efficient.
When you see these videos, these poor little animals are enjoying a better life because of the good deeds of the community.
In this space that only pursues interests, there has never been a community like Neiro that has always practiced public charity as a community mission.
The most valuable thing is that every charitable fund comes from the generous donations of all community members without asking for anything in return. I firmly believe that we are a unique and completely community-driven decentralized great community.
Thank you Joe for your hard work in the growth of the community, and thank you Aunt Jiajia for expressing her appreciation for the Neiro community on the official Facebook account with 150,000 followers.
We insist on doing something not because it will work, but because we firmly believe that it is right. #neiro
