Odaily Planet Daily News: Project Hamilton, a research project on the technical feasibility of potential digital dollars conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston (Boston Fed) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has recently come to an end. Researchers said they plan to release more research results on the project in the coming months. It is reported that the plan was announced in 2020, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and MIT will release the OpenCBDC software and a white paper describing its preliminary findings in February 2022.
