💥 Paolo Ardoino appointed as new CEO of Tether
- Paolo Ardoino, the current technical director of Tether, has been appointed to the position of CEO of the USDT stablecoin issuing company.
🔸 In December 2023, Ardoino will replace Jean-Louis van der Velde as CEO. The latter will retain the position of CEO of Bitfinex and will move to the role of Tether consultant.
- Ardoino will also continue to serve as the exchange's CTO and Holepunch's chief strategy officer.
