The Pokemon Company International has filed a lawsuit against Pokemon Pty Ltd, demanding it stop using the names of Pokemon characters.
It is reported that Australian company Pokemon Pty Ltd has launched an NFT game called PokeWorld. TPCI pointed out that the copyright of Pokemon is owned by it, and TPCI and Nintendo "deliberately decided" not to participate in the NFT market. (CoinGape)
