A popular saying among crypto investors.
"Your very last chance to make it"
"The last time you can make it big"
I agree, but only to some extent.
Here's my further thoughts and clarity on this:
It's no secret that the markets have been moving in a 4-year cycle to this very day.
While the cycle and theory holds up, each time there have been diminishing returns.
This is due to the simple fact that bitcoin for example or the entire market overall can't 10x every time anymore.
- 1 billion to 10 billion is a 10x.
- 10 billion to 100 billion is a 10x.
Both offer the same returns but one of them requires only a 9 billion dollar injection while the other required a 90 billion dollar one.
We can repeat this proces to eternity and you'll see that it's not possible to have the same returns every time in overall market size.
It's what we have actually already witnessed overall to bitcoin as an example.
It's not just overal $ injection either.
It's also overall awareness.
Prior to 2017 for example no one even knew the word bitcoin.
The single most popular one. Let alone any other crypto in existence.
Basically meaning a bull cycle after that is bound to be greater than a bull cycle once many already have known about it.
Don't worry, we are still early BUT every time we will be less early.
Meaning the easy gains will at one point fade like they have been doing till this very day.
It's easy to win and have a great bull cycle if more money is flowing in than the same money rotation in a market.
It's always pvp, but it's way easier to pvp when you are already involved.
It's like playing a video game where you have been playing for years and your opponent is a level 1 character starting today.
So yes in a way 2024-2025 might be the last "easy time" we'll have.
But make no mistake, this is in no way the last bull run.
How is the stock market doing today?
It's been in existence for centuries and is still up and running in many many cycles.
Why? Well simply because new companies still emerge.
New stocks are still being created on a daily basis starting from mere pennies in valuation.
Whether crypto has become a 100 trillion dollar market or not.
There will always be new projects with a starting valuation of 1 million dollars for example.
As well as capital flowing to existing big ones.
How long has Apple been growing?
How long has Google been growing?
How long has Amazon been growing?
They still rise to this very day.
Crypto will be no different.
Opportunities will always exist and calling the next rally:
"The last bull run" is a buzzword.
It also won't be the last great one although the playing field will get slightly more difficult over time.
But those that stick to this market and those that are willing to learn will always have a place as an investor or trader to make a lifetime of gains.
Stock traders also still exist after all.
Even those making a lifetime amount of gains to this very day.
