📱Recently, Apple released updated instructions for the iOS17 operating system, with special thanks to the blockchain security audit company CertiK. CertiK discovered three security vulnerabilities in Apple's iOS kernel, affecting several Apple devices using iOS 17. The vulnerabilities affect the kernel, GPU driver and ProRes driver, allowing "an application to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges."
🔧Apple has addressed these vulnerabilities in the latest version by improving memory handling. As Web3 applications become more mainstream, the security of mobile devices when accessing these applications becomes even more critical. CertiK also previously discovered two security vulnerabilities in iOS 16.6 and successfully assisted Apple in improving the security of its system.
💪CertiK has been working hard on Web3 mobile applications for a long time. In May this year, South Korea's Samsung Group thanked CertiK in an official report for fixing important vulnerabilities. What do you think of CertiK’s contribution to Web3 mobile applications? Welcome to leave a message and discuss in the comment area!
