According to Foresight News, SlowMist Chief Information Security Officer 23pds tweeted that DNS hijacking has been frequent recently, with Balancer being hijacked first and Galxe being hijacked later. After analyzing more than 6 million DNS records and checking A records and CNAMEs pointing to cloud infrastructure, it was found that many companies are vulnerable to subdomain hijacking, with 21% of DNS records pointing to unresolved content, which may make companies vulnerable to subdomain/domain hijacking. Cryptocurrency vendors must be vigilant and choose well-known domain name registrars to prevent attacks.
