Building a trend line 📈
This must be done at no less than two extremes, running approximately parallel to each other in the same direction to the place where a price movement channel is formed.
The trend will be upward if the price moves in the direction of the drawn lines. When it descends, it will “push away” from them and go back.
Why do we need a moving average?
It is needed to assess the trend as accurately as possible. Therefore, it is loved and popular among traders of different levels of training.
Even with characteristic deviations, the price will always tend to the golden mean and fluctuate around the average value.
To determine the direction of the trend, build one moving average on a 15-minute time frame with a period of 55 (it will show the trend of one day), another - 275 (the trend of the trading week eli).
When the weekly line is below the daily line, the trend is upward, if vice versa, then it is downward.
