Crypto hosting technology provider Fireblocks has become the first company to achieve the highest level of certification under the Cryptocurrency Security Standard (CCSS). It is reported that CCSS, created in 2014, is the first certification specifically built for security standards for encrypted wallets and custody. No encryption company has met its necessary standards before. CCSS auditor Marc Krisjanous, who led the audit, said that an in-depth and rigorous audit of Fireblocks' people, processes and technology components was conducted to ensure its compliance with CCSS and found that Fireblock exceeded CCSS Level 3 requirements. Fireblocks’ clients include BNY Mellon, Robinhood and financial technology company Revolut, among others. (CoinDesk)
