I'm hedging the altcoins , what is hedging? How to get benefit from that. I personally use this stretgy so that I can't miss the bottom of any dump, What i do is that , lets supose i wants to trade a coin, lets suppose sol. I have $100 I will long #sol with $40 dollars And short sol with $20 Because upward from that support is 70% And backward movement from that point is 30% If that coin moves upwards If I'm getting $20 profit from long Then $10 loss from short Overall profit = $10 In case if coin goes more down Long loss = $40 Short profit= $20 I'll close short half position= $10 profit $10 I'll dca the long position to moves it entry point to lower Chances of more going down will reduced to 10% Now my long position will be off $50 and short will be of $10 dollars When price I'll came up Long profit let's suppose will be $40 And short loss will be $10 Now I'll close both trades In profit= $30 This is how you can earn while opening both sides.
