[Breaking News] Ki Young Ju, the Korean co-founder and CEO of the on-chain analysis company CryptoQuant, revealed that the Bank of Korea's CBDC system will be built with a permissioned distributed ledger and cannot be connected to an external open distributed ledger network. This means that users participating in actual transaction tests cannot transfer digital currencies on the CBDC network to open distributed ledgers such as Ethereum.
