At present, the computer room of PCCW Hong Kong rented by Alibaba Cloud has repaired the refrigeration equipment failure, and the cloud product functions of all Alibaba Cloud availability zones in Hong Kong are gradually returning to normal. For products affected by this failure, Alibaba Cloud will pay compensation according to the SLA agreement of the relevant products.
