According to TechFlow, on October 2, the US SEC officially recognized Franklin Templeton's Bitcoin spot ETF application. It should be noted that this does not mean that the ETF has been approved. After acknowledging the ETF application, the SEC has 45 days to make a decision. They can approve, reject or extend the application. The SEC can extend the review period to 240 days, which means that the final decision may be made by May 2024 at the latest.
