PANews reported on December 17 that NFT collector sevenseason posted on social media that all 14 BAYC NFTs in his personal collection had been stolen. At the time of the incident, he thought he was signing a license agreement with the NFT social IP platform Unemployed. According to Etherscan data, the 14 BAYCs held by the victim's address starting with 0xd82 were all transferred to the hacker's address starting with 0x933 about 2 hours ago. Since then, the hacker has reached transactions with several new buyers at an average price of about 69 ETH, making a total profit of about 968.95 ETH.

Yu Xian, the founder of SlowMist, said that the principle was to use the OpenSea matchOrders mechanism, and the phisher gave the victim 0.000000001 Ether and stole 14 BAYC. Yu Xian also reminded that if the user plans to hold the blue chip for a long time, then cancel the authorization for the relevant NFT trading market.
