Note: This promotion is only available to users in Vietnam who have completed identity verification and have not made any successful transactions on Binance P2P as of July 19, 2024. Each new user can only receive the promotion for one purchase order with an equivalent amount of 50 USDT with the designated merchant during the Promotion Period.
For example: If the USDT market price during the Promotion Period is VND25,000/USDT, eligible users will receive a 10% discount on that rate and can purchase USDT at a discount of VND22,500/USDT.
During the Promotion Period, if the daily USDT promotion amount (10,000 USDT) is sold out, the promotion will be closed. The promotion promotion will resume on the next promotion day.
How to Participate:
When the Promotion starts at 09:00 on 08/19/2024, the advertisement posted by the above merchant will be highlighted at the top of the Binance P2P page with the note "Flash Sale – For New Users" with a special border effect. After the advertisement is live, eligible users can place a purchase order at the discounted price, complete the payment, and receive the crypto from the merchant.

To participate in the program and buy USDT at a preferential price, users need to complete identity verification in Vietnam, and choose the correct advertisement from the above announced merchants.
The promotion will end when all the USDT promotion is sold out.
The promotional price will be based on the market rate on Binance P2P at the time of the promotion.

Each eligible user can only purchase tokens at the discounted price once, with the total number of tokens specified above.
When placing an order, users must carefully read the seller's terms and conditions and follow the correct procedures. Users must pay from their own account, which must be the same name as their Binance account. Merchants have the right to request a cancellation of the transaction if the user fails to pay on time, uses a third-party account to pay, or shows signs of fraud.
Users should always choose 24/7 fast money transfer when paying the seller. When making a payment, users need to fill in the correct information required by the merchant so that the transaction is processed quickly and the transaction order is not suspended. The merchant has the right to reject your transaction order if it cannot confirm that the payment is from you.
Due to the large number of users participating in the promotion period, order confirmation time may be longer than usual, users need to wait patiently for the seller to check, process and unlock the order. Invalid payments or complaints will need to wait for the seller to refund after the program ends.
Binance reserves the right to remove any violating transactions or accounts that are illegally registered in bulk, self-dealing, or exhibit signs of market manipulation.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampered with the Binance program code or interfered with the operation of the Binance program code using other software.
Binance's decisions on all matters relating to this promotion (including but not limited to Binance's determination of a user's eligibility to participate in this promotion, user's compliance with the terms and conditions of the promotion, and Binance's selection of the reward recipients) are final. Binance is not obligated to engage in any representations with any person regarding matters relating to this promotion.
