【Rave】

Type: NFT racing car chain game

Blockchain: Venom

Official website: dev.ravegame.net

Gameplay:

Players can use system vehicles to play the PVE story mode for free and experience Rave’s astonishing speed and passion. Or they can rent/buy NFT racing cars to participate in PVE, PVP, and tournaments to earn tokens, NFTs, and other rewards.

Note: Free players cannot earn-to-play in the game.

Details:

The quality of an NFT racing car depends on its rarity and equipment.

Rarity has 5 levels: D, C, B, A, and S. Their pros and cons are directly reflected in an NFT racing car’s characteristics and stats. Following higher rarity means better racing characteristics, higher stat values, and higher earnings.

NFT racing car attributes have 4 categories: Efficiency (ratio of earnings cap to maintenance cost), Durability (number of repairs), HP (life), and Luck (mystery chest drop rate).

Especially note the HP value, which directly affects whether an NFT racing car can participate in races and be sold/rented.

When HP=100%, the car can participate and can also be listed on the market;

When HP>0 and <100%, the car can only be used for races and cannot be listed on the market;

When HP is 0, the vehicle cannot participate and cannot be listed on the market either;

Players can use a toolbox to repair cars and restore HP, or they can use $GOLD for repairs.

In addition, players can add wheel hubs and rear wing NFTs to improve a car’s attributes. Wheel hubs and rear wings are not locked to the car; they need to be separated and traded on the market.

Racing car stats also have 4 categories, namely:

1) Power

Engine capability. Higher power = faster acceleration + higher top speed.

2) Handling

How quickly the car responds to the driver’s controls, and how it performs in turns and cornering.

3) Max speed

The highest top speed a car can reach.

4) Acceleration

Measures the speed at which a car accelerates from a standstill or while overtaking.

What’s different is that a car’s stat values can be reset by burning $RAVE. If you’re lucky, D-tier cars can obtain the stat values of C-tier cars. However, these stat value changes will revert to the original state when the car is sold/rented on the market.

Special note: New car series will be released periodically, but the first series is of the highest quality. Among them, 80% of the cars are A- and S-tier.

There will be 3 types of NFT collections sold on the market: top-tier, advanced, and quick packs. Each includes 12 cars of varying rarities + 1 S-tier wheel hub, and 10 cars of varying rarities + 1 S-tier wheel hub.

To open an NFT collection, you need the corresponding 3 types of keys.

In addition, when players win a race, they will drop a mystery NFT collection. The higher the NFT collection tier, the greater the probability that an NFT racing car will appear.

Players can breed a higher-tier racing car by using two racing cars. The process requires burning some $RAVE, but if it fails, one of the two cars will be lost. The success probability depends on the sum of the luck values of the two cars. Generally, the higher the car level, the higher the chance of breeding success. Of course, players can purchase Luck Charms to increase the breeding probability.
