Web3 startup Nillion has completed a $20 million financing round, led by Distributed Global, with participation from HashKey, AU21, Big Brain Holdings, OP Crypto, etc. The funds will be used to build network technology and recruit engineering talents.
Nillion, whose founders include former employees of Uber, Indiegogo and Hedera Hashgraph, as well as executives from Coinbase and Nike, aims to provide a new internet infrastructure to secure storage and data computing.
In the short term, Nillion plans to focus on building and supporting real-world use cases while launching its network and its initial suite of products.
