Pharming is a tool for passively earning tokens in the form of a reward for providing liquidity to a project by placing a certain pair of tokens in a pool.

💡To get into the pool, you need to put two coins there for the same amount. For example, 1 ETH and 1275 USDT at the current rate. For providing liquidity, they give a special LP token, which shows what part of the pool our coins occupy.

💰Income is generated from the commission that users pay for buying/selling tokens in the pool. Thus, an analogy can be drawn with receiving interest on a bank deposit.

💡Profitability is calculated on the basis of annual percentage.

❕The main risk of pharming is a drop in the price of cryptocurrency and, accordingly, a decrease in income.
