In an interview at Meta headquarters, Bloomberg asked Zuckerberg about Meta’s stance on the upcoming election.
Zuckerberg reiterated that Meta will continue to reduce political content in users’ news feeds. "The main thing I hear from people is that they actually want to see less politics on our service because they come to us to connect with people," he said.

Zuckerberg shared his personal appreciation for Trump's resilience following the recent assassination attempt.
He said: "From a personal perspective, seeing Trump stand up and wave the American flag after being shot in the face was one of the most cruel things I have ever seen. In a way, as an American , I can’t help but have some emotional resonance with that spirit and fighting spirit, which is why many people like him.”
