China Association of Data Evaluation issued guidance on data asset evaluation, which will come into effect on October 1

On September 8, according to the official WeChat account of the China Appraisal Association, in order to standardize the practice of data asset valuation and protect the legitimate rights and interests of asset valuation parties and the public interest, under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance, the China Appraisal Association has formulated the "Guidelines for Data Asset Valuation", which are now issued and will take effect on October 1, 2023.
