Aave Labs’ temperature detection proposal to use 650,000 GHO for events and sponsorships is about to end

According to TechFlow, the voting for the temperature detection proposal for "2024 Aave Activities and Sponsorship Grants" initiated by Aave Labs is about to end. Currently, 96.89% of the votes are in favor. The goal of the proposal is to strengthen the culture of Aave Protocol, share technical knowledge, and attract new community members.

Aave Labs is requesting 650,000 GHO for activities throughout the rest of 2024, including EthCC in Brussels (45%) and Devcon in Bangkok (55%). Major events include hackathons, Open Finance Days, side events, and rAAVE events, among others.

Aave Labs will cover all expenses of its team members, and this proposal does not include these expenses or compensation for work by Aave Labs. If the proposal is passed, it will enter the AIP stage.
