For institutional clients and professional trading teams, the Binance VIP program offers a variety of benefits to allow you to enjoy and join the Binance ecosystem. If most of your trading is on other exchanges, the customer experience program expands the VIP benefits. As long as you meet the VIP program threshold, we will provide special offers.
What is the VIP Customer Experience Program?
The Binance VIP customer experience program provides a more favorable way for non-Binance customers. You only need to provide proof of its large trading volume to become a Binance VIP and enjoy related benefits.
New users only need to provide proof of their trading volume in the last 30 days to obtain the Binance platform VIP level +1 benefit. The upgraded VIP level is valid for 2 months.
This means that you will enjoy a higher level of benefits than your original Binance VIP level. Please refer to the VIP Fee Rate Table to find out which VIP level corresponds to your trading volume.
If you want to join the VIP customer experience program, your 30-day spot trading volume must be greater than or equal to 1 million BUSD, or your 30-day futures trading volume must be greater than or equal to 15 million BUSD.
For example, if your 30-day trading volume on the contract is 500 million BUSD (equivalent to the VIP7 trading volume threshold in the Binance VIP program), you can enjoy VIP8 level benefits for two months.

If you meet the application requirements, the Binance VIP business team will contact you. After you successfully join the VIP customer experience program and enjoy two months of VIP level benefits, your VIP level will change based on your BNB holdings and other VIP program sub-project standards, including:
Trading volume
Open Interest
Loan Amount
Subscription amount (Simple Earn)
Please note: Each Binance user can only enjoy the VIP Customer Experience Program benefit once.
