OpenAI, creators of the ChatGPT AI tool, has released ChatGPT Enterprise edition, which is claimed to be faster, more secure and powerful for businesses. The company said in a statement on August 28 that ChatGPT Enterprise doubles the performance speed by offering unlimited access to GPT-4 and can process transactions for entries of 32,000 tokens.
The 32,000-token model, approximately four times more than standard GPT-4, can handle approximately 24,000 words of text in a single input. OpenAI says GPT-4 also improves privacy and security standards because ChatGPT Enterprise does not use company data to train OpenAI models and is SOC 2 compliant.
OpenAI stated that the enterprise product was released due to "unprecedented demand" for ChatGPT products. The company announced that 80% of Fortune 500 companies have adopted the AI tool to some extent.
