In the investment market, don't be greedy!
Because of greed, you will be accustomed to operating with heavy positions or even full positions, without any concept of fund management. They always want to get rich overnight and put all their money into it, or they hope to become fat in one bite. The usual outcome is that once you fail, you lose everything.
Because of greed, you will not give up any trading opportunities and do whatever the market says. You will not let go of even a small correction or rebound, and some may even participate in heavy positions, showing the spirit of licking blood at the edge of a knife. Never knowing how to give up is also a state.
Because of greed, you will tend to over-trade, rushing in and out of the market all day long. If you don't have a position in your hands for a day, you will feel uncomfortable and never know how to rest. As a result, I did a lot, made a lot of mistakes, and suffered a lot of losses.
Because of greed, when you suffer losses and continuous losses in your transactions, you are still unwilling to reduce your transactions or stop to adjust yourself. Instead, you are eager to recover your losses, or even intensify your losses in order to recover your losses. In fact, just like dancing, if you step on the wrong beat, you can only hit the rhythm by simply stopping and readjusting the dance steps.
Because of greed, after your profitable position has been profit-taking, the market continues to move in the original direction. You suddenly feel unbalanced or regretful, and you will pursue it at a higher/lower price than the closing price. The result is often Buy at the ceiling, or throw at the floor and let all your previous gains go to waste. What's worse is that once the position that is being pursued again is trapped, it is often more difficult to decide how to deal with it, which will even ruin your mentality.
Because of greed, you will enter the market too early, just like a track and field athlete jumping the gun, always hoping to buy at the bottom, toss to the top, hoping to get ahead of the trend and set up a position. Taking premature action to confront the market is bound to go against the trend. It is just an immature behavior that wants to prove that one is foresighted and superior to others, and often has to pay a considerable price.
