Today, TON Strategy provided an update on the closing of our traditional operations and highlighted our strong preliminary performance in June.
TON Strategy has largely completed the primary operating actions associated with the liquidation of its legacy social commerce and software businesses, a measure expected to reduce annual cash operating expenses by approximately $4 million, while sharpening our focus both on our Gram treasury and on supporting the TON ecosystem.
In addition, we reported a preliminary annualized gross return of approximately 16% for June, with approximately 230.5 million grams held as of June 30.
