It's been a month and a half since I could claim red envelopes in any way. Binance offers a product but doesn't stick to its own terms and conditions, as I've read that many of us are facing this issue. They are true to their rules in not providing information; first, their security system detects 'something', they suspend you for a few days without giving you any details (how do you fix something you don't even know about?), then you go back to using your account normally and, of course, after a while, the suspension hits again. I don’t know how long it will last because they don't provide that info, since for them my account is not blocked (the reality is that I can't claim envelopes from my account, so if it's not a blockage or suspension, then what is it?)
