hello everyone I'm extremely disappointed with Quotex affiliate support

I am writing this to publicly raise a serious concern regarding my affiliate account with Quotex

I participated in the Quotex Half Million Contest and officially finished in 7th place with a declared prize of $13,326. The result was published on the official contest result page

After the prize was credited to my affiliate account, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after that, my affiliate account was suddenly suspended and I lost access to my dashboard

Later, I contacted Quotex manager on Telegram they accused me of contest cheating involving “similar deposits”.However, no actual evidence was provided to support this claim.

I strongly deny these allegations. I promoted my affiliate link publicly through my Telegram channel and YouTube content. Around 30–40 real traders deposited through my affiliate link during the contest period. Their trading activity is not under my control.

If there was any violation, I should have been disqualified during the contest itself. Instead, the contest result was finalized, my 7th place ranking was published, and the prize amount was credited before my account was suspended after submitting a withdrawal request.

I have already contacted Quotex support multiple times (8 Feb, 12 Feb, 28 Feb and a final escalation on 9 March) but have not received a proper explanation or evidence.

I am requesting Quotex to review this case fairly, provide clear evidence for the allegations, and resolve this issue professionally.
