Looking at this score, it's really frustrating. It feels so difficult. I'm currently ranked over a thousand. Although there are 500 spots available, the teachers are all too outstanding. I really can't compete, I just can't win.
But the true innovation of
@MidnightNetwork lies not in the dual-token system, but in separating "network usage rights" from "asset speculation".
Traditional public chains charge per use, tightly binding usage rights to token prices. Midnight changes this to: holding NIGHT continuously generates DUST, which is then used as execution resource consumption. This reconstructs the core economic relationship—how capital is converted into usage rights: from "paying for a ticket each time" to "gaining continuous quotas based on holdings".
The cost is that usage rights may concentrate towards large holdings, but this raises the underlying proposition of public chains: in the future, what will be sold to users—individual transaction opportunities, or a stable network usage right?
