As Lighter prepares for LIT TGE, the onchain picture with some premarket data can already give a ground to some approx. evaluations.

Even without official tokenomics, current holder distribution, transfers, and market structure we can try to frame realistic airdrop scenarios and risk vectors.

Tokens Distributions and Points Conversion

Current holder distribution (on-chain):

• Total supply: 1,000,000,000 LIT
• 600,000,000 LIT (60%) – core wallet
• 250,000,000 LIT (25%) – secondary wallet, likely airdrop pool
• 150,000,000 LIT (15%) – separate allocation wallet

At this point, if we suggest that 25% of supply will be distributed as initial community airdrop, and say that around 9-12M points was already farmed, 1 point can realistically maps to ~20-28 LIT.

Rough Price Evaluation

In November 11, 2025, the protocol raised $68M at a $1.5B valuation, backed by Ribbit, Founders Fund, Haun, and Robinhood.

On top of that, pre-market trading already exists, clustering around $3–5 per LIT, implying a $3B-$5B FDV.

Putting this together:

• If LIT opens around $2.00 (~$2B FDV), then each point equates to roughly $40-55.
• If LIT opens around $3.50 (~$3.5B FDV), each point moves into the $70-95 range.
• If momentum pushes LIT toward $5.00 (~$5B FDV), each point implies $100-140 in gross value.

For additional reference, Polymarket participants are pricing Lighter’s FDV one day after launch as follows:

• >$1B FDV – 89% probability
• >$2B FDV – 86% probability
• >$3B FDV – 64% probability
• >$4B FDV – 36% probability

Conclusion

However, there is no exact information on cliff, vesting, and liquidity provision. This is just guessing and playing with numbers based on assymetric information.
